  • Paul C├ęzanne Inspired Artwork

    Published 22/01/24

Changing lives demonstrated how keeping your worries to yourself makes you feel and how it makes you feel when we share them. We now know it is important to share our worries to make us feel better. We know we can share worries with our family, friends, trusted adults, and grown-ups in school. We learnt two techniques to help us with our worries: hot chocolate breathing and hand breathing.
